COMPANY HISTORY
James Chuang immigrated here in 1984 with the hope of achieving the American Dream. In 1997, he and his brothers opened our first location in Princeton, New Jersey. Since then, we've evolved from a small, family-run restaurant to a luxury sushi catering company with an impressive clientele of New York City’s most-coveted venues including Cipriani, The Plaza, and Mandarin Oriental. In 2019, we were awarded as one of Harriette Rose Katz's “Chosen Few”.
